I dont think the crimson racers here are as Chaosy as you imply
the reason Marines would eat people, especially the brains is that they can steal memories from the, and as was noted they especially went for the old ones, like the 700 year old. So things like this happen in 40k, especially during the crusade and such, where you can get important info from your foes. Likely this is where the crimson razors name comes form, a successor made from imperial fist stock that took part in these tactics that slowly evolved into more of a ritual where they now do this when they can. Based on all the terminators mentioned "larger daemons who were on the pile" vs the "smaller daemons" around lighting pyres.
and in a galaxy like 40k its must be refreshing fighting Xenos who are not a threat to you and can kill astartes. hence the way they were playing with them almost.
They also were forced to land, as it was said at the start that they had shielded the cities and were deep underground in places. Obviously from the Ancients point of view and ours therefore it is absolutely terrible and terrifying, but this is something that Astartes were built for, especially when venturing off into the unknown like in the Great Crusade, it is not an accident the Emperor made that his marines can gain info by eating their foes flesh. This is not Heretical, it simply is 40k.
Those guys with Boba Fett are indeed the Space Wolves, if I remember right the Wolf Lords lead a Great Company which is roughly 1,000 marines. Swift Claws are their Scout Marine equivilent, new bloods given full power armor and power claws. The Iron Priest is obviously as the name suggests their term for a Tech Marine. Oh and the Vulka Fenrika bit is simply the Fenrisian language's name for Space Wolf and might be the true name of them due to Space Wolf not being a proper one to one translation from Fenrisian to Gothic … I think

The Imperium is simply evil. The Crimson Rasers are doing nothing specislly evil Herr for the Imperium. For US, oh yes it is evil, that's the Imperium for you. This is normal for many Space Marines.
They are not Chaos.
Now you see the Crimson Razors doing what considered ordinary amongst the other brutality and grim darkness that the Warhammer 40k galaxy environment is and how bad their situations and conditions are.
And you may not know it but there is a meme amongst some Astartes Chapters including the Blood Angels where they eat "Heretic Burgers" or "Xenos Burgers" as the humor goes in the 40k fandom.
There is also another factoring ability at least some Astartes have that is often forgotten. When they eat the brain of humans or humanoids they can learn aall the knowledge from that brain as well. Yeah this is really a odd power Astartes in Warhammer 40k have. And since this guys are xenos these guys are going to go both hunting and extracting information from them. Even if it's sadistic which very average for some Astartes Chapters against aliens. Then again Chaos is known to do worse then even that.
