It is a time of rebirth! The GALACTIC EMPIRE and its heinous ruler EMPEROR PALPATINE are no more! With the destruction of the DEATH STAR II, peace seems right around the corner for the entire galaxy. The Rebel Alliance is reformed into the NEW REPUBLIC with the goal of spreading freedom across the stars. However, even without its ruler, the EMPIRE still poses a threat. Fractured into a thousand different IMPERIAL REMNANT factions, the threat is still present. ADMIRAL SLOANE has a plan to unite the factions and wipe out the NEW REPUBLIC before it has time to solidify. This is a film cut of the game Star Wars Squadrons, in case you couldn’t tell. It is cut down from 6-8 hours into one cohesive 2.5 hour film, telling the story in as streamlined a way as possible.
