This is the chapter that made Sylvia one of my favorite characters. What exactly has this woman lived through? It's only ever hinted at. But she has seen some serious ish and my heart breaks for her.

Since a few of you have been talking about her I would love to take a moment and acknowledge Sylvia Sherwood! This woman is becoming a fav and is really cool. She gives me Integra Hellsing or Olivier Armstrong vibes and being a powerful commander. And her speech this episode was very chilling. It was up there with the speech from The Major from Hellsing (but different vibes obviously lol just another great speech in anime!)
I do miss the wholesome comedy that is usual in SxF, but I also think that this episode is needed to explain just how much is at stake. Sylvia is MVP of this episode for sure.
Totally unrelated to this show: I love the orange hair, but is this the longest that you have maintained a single hairstyle? I have always been impressed about how you could afford those incredible hairstyles and the various changes. As a person who doesn't have hair that is suitable for anything but a single style of haircut, I really envy that aspect.
