I got my Western Star back from the shop with a fresh round of maintenance and ready for another 10,000 miles of abuse! Then we decided to haul the old Ford wrecker back over to its owner on the west side of the state, then finished up with some maintenance on my driveway with the rock that was delivered by Tumao Transport while we were gone
Be sure to check out our Patreon project where we use whatever it brings in in a month as our budget to help someone the following month! I was never a fan of the Patreon idea until I realized that I can use it to help others instead of myself, so I created the Patreon Project where we can all combine our efforts to make a real difference in peopleβs lives and make the world a better place! For as little as a dollar a month you can join the group of awesome people already on board and be vote to help steer the ship along the way!

16:23 I know that hoe ain't very big, but that wide-angle lens just makes you look hobbit-sized in the seat. π

Hey Casey
Where is Grumpy?
I love how you eloquently explain to the haters the flaws in their logic π
3:59 Take your strong flashlight and do a complete inspection of your wiring, looking for a crispy wire then figure out what it rubbed against.
Casey where is your back holeπ
And just like that, one less red cinder driveway in Central Oregon. π’ Fun fact, Cascade Lakes Highway used to be a red cinder road back in tbe day.
I'm pretty sure that's called an Irish goodbye.
Saw your shirt on @stevelehto channel.
Casey, I know how easy it is to spend someone else's money when it comes to suggesting things but in regards to your video the other day about your light bar
You could install a wind deflector on the roof and put your Red rotating lights on the roof, that would give you the desired effect of the red lights hitting a white background and probably fix your lightbulbs breaking then you can put your LED light bar on the headache rack. If the lightbar has traffic advisory then you can use the lightbar while on the side of the road to direct traffic to one side, not that they would be paying attention
Well…that beats my "Tonka" set of equipment.
I see today (6-3-24) Steve Lehto is wearing one of your shirts!

Phomominal job explaining how everything works.
Off topic, but a shout out to Steve Lehto on YouTube. On his most recent video he is wearing a Casey LaDelleβs βI never said I was good at thisβ T-shirt.
My guess Coolant leak in heater box. Better than electrical issue
My 2016 dodge 3500 Laramie done that smoke thing through the vints about 2 weeks ago I thought the damn truck was burning to the ground. 2 weeks later itβs still running and hasnβt burnt downβ¦. It was just cleaning itself out I guess πlol

The wonderful ending.

Have to say that guy in the hospital's tow truck has some interesting bumper stickers. LOL
Blend motor?
Hey dump trucks have a cool feature that will spread the rock for u but in a way I understand u just wanted to play on your little tractor
Was the smoke problem freon leaking out of your evaporator core into the inside of the truck?
A neighbor lent me his 10 foot long chain link fence after i use a FEL to spread a load of dirt, for my lawn. After spreading the dirt, the best I could with the loader, then pulled the fence all around the lawn until smooth. I did the same thing with a friend's driveway, using rocks, just like yours. His driveway looked real nice after we spread it out.

My guess is you smoked a section of a very small wire under the dash somewhere and it stopped because it is no longer able to complete a circuit. That happened to me many years ago in my Bronco. I had a dash mounted compass with a light in it and the tiny little wire that provided the power for the light inside the compass shorted out somehow and filled my passenger compartment with smoke while driving to work. I thought the same thing, that it was done for. It smoked for a half a minute, long enough for me to get pulled over and stopped and get out and then it stopped. I found the wire had melted through the insulation and melted in half later that evening. I hope yours is as simple.
