The shiver is referring to some lore with drifters old team some planet they was on had light suppressing creatures and within a certain proximity it cut off there light it wouldn’t have been a problem but the planet was so cold they would die of the temperature and because the was cut off they couldn’t revive maybe nezerac was also apart of this race or maybe his relics that they are finding is similar effects hence his shiver and the similar feeling

I don’t think the Witness created the vex. The whole reasoning, in the lore, for y the vex can’t beat us is bc we r “paracausal,” they arent. They r essentially just the most advanced computer network anyone could ever imagine. My point being, I think if they were created by the Witness they would’ve been given paracausal powers as well.
As for what I think is actually gonna happen, I think Eido is gonna get killed somehow. And then Miisraaks is gonna wanna go ham on Eremis. At least that’s where I think this season is heading. Maybe Bungie just ends the season with us gathering all the relics and nothing really happening, but that would b a very boring story, so I doubt it.
Also, Miisraaks did mention that these relics hold the power that “the traveler withheld,” or something like that. Maybe this is the lead up to us being able to hold on to our light after the traveler falls? Idk. Just a few thoughts.
Yoooooo, Misraaks was probably a warlord or something. Like he has just as much blood on his hands as Saint-14, which is why they get along so well. They see themselves in one another. Crazy stuff man, love this damn game!

I doubt the fallen will be related to the teachings of strand. Strand is psychic not inter dimensional.
Last, if we are learning this by ourselves. Would that mean we are becoming just as powerful as the traveler and the witness. Manipulating new powers to our will. The witness and traveler just use these different powers and give them to us. But this one. We made ourselves.

Think of the Vex as the ultimate chess program. Unbeatable, but bound within the rules of the game, the system (the laws of physics). It can't do anything other than play chess (the Vex must obey the causal laws of physics). A paracausal entity in this analogy is like the human playing against the program.
