I think it would be funny and very orcy to give somewhat insulting names to units that ran away in a battle. For like an infantry unit something like "Da Tar Heelz" or a spider rider "Two arsed Gobboz" tar heels being a real world reference to the Civil War and two arsed or backed if you wanted to be less profane making fun of them because all the rest of the army saw was the back of the goblins and spiders as they turned tail and ran.
