If DC did Spider-Man in this Modern age. Spider-Man wouldn't been so miserably written like how Marvel does him now. Him & Batman have similar morals & similar origins (except of course Peter being born a millionaire & Batman not having super powers). Thought Batman didn't cared about Carnage's Power he was mostly worried of Carnage's host Cletus psyche being a demented human being & even though Spider-Man can one shot Joker he still doesn't know how bat shit crazy Joker is & how dangerously he's steps ahead & plans a way out in case he's cornered. Great Crossover! Imagine a cross with Batman Beyond & Spider-Man 2099 would absolutely be insane.
