  1. If you have a MS 365 subscription you can use Planner. It will help keep all of your tasks laid out and you can project and prepare for upcoming tasks. The tasks can be assigned to whomever is responsible for getting it done and a notification will be sent to them that a new task has been assigned to them. Tjen they can just click on the little radio button to mark it complete.

I don't know if y'all (yes, I'm from Texas) have an MS 365 subscription you might want to take a look at the pricing. It's actually pretty cheap. If you haven't used planner before it's super easy to understand.

  2. Can you two find it in your budget to hire a cleaning provider for your office? It could be worth it if it keeps you from having to spend time sweeping the floor and cleaning the toilets so you can do other things that are higher priorities?
Maybe it's not worth it considering the difficulties with finding a good 3rd party to clean that shows up and you trust to do the job correctly.

  4. I know you have a Kanban board for your cutting boards, but have you thought about using kanban cards as trigger points on when you need to order pads for your cutting boards. This would ensure you would not to run out of the pads and you wouldn’t have to be constantly checking your inventory. Also have you thought about using a standard work excel spreadsheet to keep track of task on what you need to do that day because some of your tasks is going be the same each day. So would only need to add the new task you want to do that day with how much time you want to spend on it and the priority of it. You had another great video.

  5. Serious question…. Do you do a time card for every day? Reason I’m asking is because I literally catch up once a year. That’s Christmas break. I WANT TO BE CURRENT SO BAD. if I have to make a list everyday I will. So do you?
