Great as always. One small point regarding the NASA projects… you stated an issue with underfunding being a limiting factor which can jeopardize the projects. This may not be accurate, particularly if you take the perspective of the original project scope and budget. It might be more interesting to say… "absolutely crap budgeting and spending overruns have endangered these projects."

Major starship concern number one: if SpaceX cannot make a durable heat, shield approach work for the starship, second stage, the entire program may be a failure. So far, SpaceX seems to have made little progress, and actually nailing down a viable heat shield for the starship second stage. Without a viable heat shield, there will be no band flights of starship. Without a viable heat shield, every starship flight will possibly involve the loss of the second stage.
Major starship concern number two: the fact that the next law of starship will end up in the Indian Ocean instead of close to Hawaii, may be an indication that SpaceX is concerned that the second stage of the starship will have major heat, shield problems, and break up in flight as it reenters. That the break up will be so bad and so uncontrollable that trying to land near Hawaii is out of the question. This is another indication that the starship heat shield design is woefully in adequate at this point.
Starship major concern number three: the fact that SpaceX is going to do a rather Mickey Mouse fuel transfer experiment on the next flight should be a major concerned for anyone watching SpaceX and it’s plans for refueling in orbit under 0G. If you think about it, once a starship, second stage reaches orbit, It’s prop repellent will not be in liquid form, but will rather be a mixture of liquid and gas. Such a state of matter will probably not adhere to the normal laws that we would expect, and it might be the case that a gentle acceleration of one starship feeding another, may not be nearly enough to overcome the difficulty of dealing and pumping such a mixture of gas and liquid propeller. This is the case, it may be a major redesign of how any such liquid propeller transfer would take place in orbit under 0G or near 0G. It could also mean that refueling an orbit is not really feasible, because dealing with a propellant that is both liquid and gas at the same time in a mixture may be too difficult. at any rate, this is probably a much bigger problem than SpaceX wants to admit at this time because if they can’t make this work quickly, then the moon landings could be delayed for years under the current plans of refueling 12 to 18 times in orbit.
Starship major concern number four: the fact that SpaceX was ready to make an announcement about a new version of starship second stage so quickly after the second launch has not been explained at all. How long has SpaceX known that the virgin of starship that they have been building for the last Two or three years is not a workable version? What did starship SpaceX learn that caused them to make these changes so quickly and have them ready to go so quickly? Elon sycophants apparently don’t want to answer this question and you don’t see it in their videos. That is a bad bad indicator!
