  18. Can anyone think of a reason why SpaceX did not test the booster on its own before lumping a starship on the top of it. Seems like that would have been a worthwhile effort and they have quite a few boosters available.

  20. Looking forward to the launch will be a massive step forward for reusable space exploration. Yet again Elon will do what the so called experts say is impossible just like he did with tesla. It's about time he gets the support he deserves from governments and regulatory agencies. They need to realize that he will achieve his goals with or without help from the authorities no matter how much red tape is in his way. If it wasn't for spacex NASA would still be spending billions on outdated technology that can be used once like the sls. Oh sorry they are still spending billions on one use rockets that went out of date half a century ago.

  22. Question to Marcus or anyone: is there any definitive place we can look online for a reliable date on the launch?

    So, that when it is going to happen, or is scheduled, we will know for sure, at least a day or two in advance….
