In this week’s Starbase update, we cover the latest developments at SpaceX’s launch site in South Texas. Highlights include the installation steps to the Dancefloor on the OLM, the lifting of the NC31 test nosecone for structural testing, the scrapping of Ship 22’s aft dome, and the installation of shielding on the Orbital Launch Mount. We also see Ship 26 being prepared for testing on Pad A and Ship 25 being removed from Pad B. 1. Great video. Informative. Looking forward to more. BUT, y'all have a great speaking voice, and I'm sure your Mom enjoys seeing her son in the videos. Again with the BUT, Seeing you once ore twice is nice, But more than that is not needed, I would rather have views, even if just panning "STARBASE" production, launch, or Massey sites, I check for changes in SpaceX other than what you point out. Again Thanks..

  2. I think Jack is doing a great job reporting Starbase activity but the “radio voice” needs to be lowered about half an octave. Words of emphasis get a little squeaky and harsh. Otherwise great job.

  3. Glad for these Updates to keep track of whats going on but bouncing back and forth between different sites and even talking about the same updates multiple times (eg the OLM shields and S27 stacking) was just confusing for no reason. also these updates seem to have gotten weak on the details to make room for the ad.

Hi Jack, you seriously need to up your presentation skills. This entire video, and without exception all videos you present sound like that of a school boy's ..!
For a native english speaker, you sound like a nervous school boy too careful to not make a mistake and in the process, rushing through it all in one burst …!
May be a quick refresher course on video presentation would help ..? No offence, given or taken.

  5. Remember, no amount of cool things happening in the test area will mean "…go for launch…"; SpaceX has yet to receive sign off from FAA which has to make sure the airspace is clear from surface to 100,000 ft for any prospective dates they may plan for.
