SpaceX officially revealed NEW Starship Gigafactory!

Elon Musk, the visionary entrepreneur behind Tesla and SpaceX, has demonstrated his ability to establish groundbreaking manufacturing facilities with Tesla’s Gigafactories, which produce electric vehicles and energy storage solutions at an impressive scale. Building upon this triumph, Musk has set his sights on an even more ambitious endeavor: the creation of a “SpaceX Starfactory.”
This week, Elon Musk confirmed SpaceX is doubling the size of its Starship factory in Texas.
Is this the beginning of a new colossus in the realm of rocket manufacturing?
Find out in today’s episode of Great SpaceX.
SpaceX is making significant investments in Boca Chica, showcasing its commitment to the site.
The team has been recently dismantling old buildings, including the triangular windbreak (known as the low bay) that was originally intended to shield welding operations from the wind. Actually, while plans initially called for two windbreaks, they proved ineffective, and operations were shifted to the mid-bay for better protection. Over time, the low bay transitioned into a storage and workspace for nose cones. However, the arrival of new, taller buildings rendered this function obsolete, as these structures now provide adequate space for nose cone activities.

  2. Hello,
Thank you for your great channel. It stands out.
I have a simple solution to the launch pad problem.
It could save a lot and never wear.
Can you help or tips to convey this to EM.

  3. I work in a 27,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility and there is no chance in hell of running a rocket assembly line in our building's footprint. 10,000 sq. ft. is WAY too small for a full rocket assembly line, especially when you are making most of your rocket parts on-site. You also need an assembly line for rocket engines that is sized to match your rocket output. You can split up your manufacturing process to other SpaceX properties but the engines really need to be built on-site. Otherwise you need to run rail spurs to connect Starbase Texas' rocket factory with the SpaceX rocket engine factory… I don't see how it would be feasible to move engines for several rockets A WEEK using anything BUT rail…you are talking hundreds of engines a month! Can you imagine all of the freight shipments if they used semi trucks? (And a freighter dock is a no-go considering the amount of environmental flack they are already getting….)

  4. Fck the locals. I get it that you're trying to save the animals but animals will move it happens all the time. Because of the local ignorance they are willing to deprive mankind to advance forward. 🙄

  5. About the lawsuit – did the launch actually kill any birds? Kennedy launch center in Florida uses its extra land as a wildlife sanctuary, and they've been launching regularly for 60 years.

  6. musk is tripping if he thinks he will colonise mars, what an idiot, it's a fantasy, we are no where near capable of colonising mars, we cant even send anyone there yet, let alone get them back, i sure hope musk tries though, although the death of who ever was foolish enough to put there hand up to go there will be said ???
