South Australia’s biggest public hospital is operating above capacity, as ambulance ramping causes hours-long waits at its Emergency Department.
A Code White at Royal Adelaide Hospital was declared on Monday, while vision shows a busy fleet of ambulances queued outside.
Across town, patients at Flinders Hospital have been left waiting on average 11 hours for a bed.
