Two men are in custody after a 63-year-old man was found unresponsive, bound with duct tape and an extension cord, and later died in Norwood Park Sunday night.
Chicago police sources tell WGN News two men are in police custody and both are migrants — one from Venezuela and the other from Ecuador. One of the men is in his early 20’s.
