Having Bravia 9 85 for last month. Brilliant tv, didn't noticed any blooming. I've even checked that last scene of Mindhunter, it's perfect what you see. But when I wanted to record it, on mobile it was visible the same as on that review. But in real usage you really have perfect black

Vincent, why do Sony TVs have consistently more lag than any other brand? Other than price, it seems to be the only negative I ever hear about why NOT to go Sony for gaming.
Those House of the Dragon samples look better/closer to reference on the B9 in my opinion over the weird colours in dark scenes from the A95L.
OLED is still king.
When Mr. Vincent showed the little white box on the black background, you can see the blooming rolling across the TV around and behind the little white box don’t like that This is at the beginning of the video They call it blooming just terrible
Not surprising you get past the title of this video you will find that the B9 is a nice TV, but it is not better than the Sony 95L I have the Sony 95K from a year ago and the b9 is not better than 95K please do your research because none of these video reviews are perfect as you saw in Mr. Vincent’s video that many of the video clips comparing both TVs had the 95L looking better than D b9
Many other reasons besides burn-in or screen size for selecting a TV like this over an OLED. You can watch dark scenes without dealing with vertical jail bars ruining the experience. No VRR flickering in dark video games. No dithering noise or flashing artifacts added to dark scenes. Much less persistence motion blur since backlight can strobe at higher refresh rates and cause less brightness loss. Less aggressive ABL and higher brightness to cope with rooms that have high ambient lighting. No TV technology is perfects so let's be glad Sony continues to improve their LCD models.
