  1. Carr indeed "put his money" where his mouth is. Contract so very flexible for the team and when allows the raiders to sign and bring in talent. No OB has ever really done a "team friendly" deal till this..really. Even what Brady did only seemed friendly but was not really that "friendly" with the patriots.

  2. The entire second Gruden term made me proud of representing the players and representing the silver and black for sure, but the coaching staff left me scratching my head so often I couldn't believe everyone was on the same page. I feel like this new regime feels focused from top to bottom. No mistakes, no more wtf draft picks (although I do believe in Leatherwood), no more weak ass play calling on either side of the ball, no more prevent defense on 1st and 10, and definitely no more trading a walking hall of fame player. This now feels like a winning organization that is building off of the success we just had, buying into the Raider image plus adding to the ABSOLUTE DOGS we have and DEVELOPING the talent we have on the roster.. No more blowing smoke and they have shown it with just this years free agency. JUST WIN BABY

  3. I think our line with another year together will develop with our new coaching staff. If not Coach will make adjustments. Everybody knows DC needs protection to be productive so with that said I have total faith in our new management. Let's go Raiders!

  4. I think Mayock drafted every position well except for OL. I think he put too much trust in Cable telling him who he liked as a prospect and also how strong their current roster was. Anyone could see that we didn't have much at OL before the last draft and picking Leatherwood in the 1st was absolutely stupid. The rest of the draft was solid though and probably better than any Patriots draft I can remember.

  5. The problem with the draft the last 3 years has been scheme. They drafted guys that were good in the systems the played in college, and then tried to coach em up for their system. We've seen this over and over with bad football teams. That's why they stay bad. This regime is different so far. They're getting free agents that fit the scheme already. Hopefully this carries into the draft

  6. Still no oline lol nothing special is brewing. The interior dline is still weak and the defense for the most part is average at best. On paper means absolutely nothing and thats all the raider's ever are.

  7. Carr is gonna make a MVP run now that he has finally gotten the weapons he has pretty much never had the Benefit of having like Tom Brady has had so many times in his career

  8. Nothing else is brewing with the raiders. They're the worst team in the division with the worst qb and are stuck with him.. They have no 1st or 2nd round draft pick. Thats it. There gonna miss the playoffs
