  4. Prison City – Awesome mash-up of Kurt Russell (Escape From New York) and Team 17's Assassin in pixel art presentation no less. Great level design on display also. Gotta love the suite of run, jump, climb and hang movement options, too!

    The Troop – a TBS world war Normandy game really nails the look and looks great. When done well tbh as you say some of these War Games are absolute gems of decision-making and pay-off.

    Foxhole – Naval Warfare – A shining light in the MMO space with great support from the devs and massive interest from the players due to the world war cooperation and conflict dynamic social organization gameplay. Great to see! Their upcoming game Anvil Empires also looks awesome for Medieval sort of theme.

    Oodles more of talent on display in this line-up, once again, to name but a few.

  8. I just wanted to clarify that the setting for Barotrauma is Jupiter's moon, Europa, which probes have indicated seems to have a lot of water, though the surface, at least, is frozen.

    Speaking of things that are free and going under the radar, THE ROOTTREES ARE DEAD is a very good Obra Dinn-style mystery game

    There's also Death Roads: Tournament that has been released on november 15th. It's a turn-based roguelite mixing tactical fights and deck-building.
