This is not true. You see, in Illinois, they will be allowing specific criminals sentenced to life be released without bail. This however is controlled by a judge. The judge will decide if this criminal can be considered no longer a threat. So, no worries, it will be safe to enter the state of Illinois in 2023.

It's supposed to help the innocent. Just bc someone committed a crime doesn't mean they'll commit a violent crime bc of no bail. Plus people are stupid. It's no different than someone posting bail and committing a crime. Literally zero difference.
Innocent till proven guilty friends. Innocent until proven guilty. No Innocent person should be in prison if they haven't been found guilty yet. Period.
