  1. That pig was purposely escalating the encounter over a statement of smoking weed 3 hours before the stop. This cop should not be a cop when he seems to be purposely trying to use every excuse to escalate to a use of force. He is a dangerous cop that likely has many complaints on his jacket!

  2. Always remember, field sobriety tests are VOLUNTARY!!!! Meaning, you DO NOT have to do them!! It is only a means to gather evidence against you to convict you of their imaginary crime they say you’ve committed. Don’t ever agree to do these tests, they aren’t admissible in court anyway so no need to create evidence against yourself since you don’t have to.

  3. ALWAYS INVOKE YOUR FIFTH AMENDMENT RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT!!! Nothing you can say is ever gonna help you.
ALWAYS INVOKE YOUR SIXTH AMENDMENT RIGHT TO LEGAL COUNSEL!!! Law Enforcement officers are going to lie to you every chance they get in order to get enough evidence for your arrest.

  4. 3AM is the prime time to be pulled over, they're bored on a shift ,you get pulled over, happened to me more than once……. No justifiable reason for the stop, no tickets or warnings given.

  5. The sergeant wanted you to admit the legitimacyĀ of the stopĀ but the problem with that is there is no stop in our laws but there is a seizure and it requires a warrantĀ so the stop was illegal.

In my stateĀ this officer would be guilty of misuse of emergency lightsĀ since there was no emergencyĀ as well as disorderly conductĀ for disrupting my businessĀ as well as official oppression.

It's really important that you understand that police do not make any legal determinationsĀ so when you're asking them what the moving violation is you're asking someone that cannotĀ make any determinationsĀ on that.

Time to look up your citizens arrest law and get serious about your rights. You can go see what I do.

  6. Omg! Dude f-ing talks too much and they're not friends. We're not obligated to respect them or be nice to them because that's how they finesse you. Know your rights and just say NO to the officer and his request because what he's asking is outside of the citation and you're not obligated to subject yourself to ANY of their test. Him ordering you to step out of your car is ONLY due to officer safety which isn't a law but allowed while not violating your 4th amendment and while not being a detainment or arrested which is why they cant enter your pockets or have access to the interior of the property without first being ARRESTED. Pennsylvania v Mimms in practice via personal recording devices and not just HEARSAY is the most DIFFICULT thing to initiate because it requires RS or RAS that the officer must convey FIRST before ever attempting to initiate while being recorded because it requires a THREAT TO OFFICER'S SAFETY.

This is why we're not obligated or allowed to expose ourselves, the interior of the private property or hand over our ID to the officer. We're ONLY obligated by law to present ID, allowing them to copy not literally give it to them. We're NOT SUPPOSE TO GRANT THEM ANY EXPOSURE TO US OR THE INTERIOR OF THE PROPERTY. Police can only function via the plain-view doctrine. His mistake which allow useless conversation was him allowing exposure to the interior of the car which could allow them to manufacture consent. NEVER ROLL YOUR WINDOW DOWN TO THE ALLOW THE EXPOSURE TO THE INTERIOR OF THE PRIVATE MOBILE PROPERTY. IT'S SLIGHTLY TO NO DIFFERENT FROM YOUR HOUSE. Officer safety becomes neutralized once the officer is being recorded by the citizen.

  7. Those FSTs are designed to get you arrested. These law enforcement officials are fully aware that they statistically won't face any consequences or accountability. They understand that they are allowed to violate your rights anytime they feel. That's how our system is designed.

  8. Fl governor told the people that cops don't do this. People aren't being harassed, arrested or imprisoned for Marijuana. He said there's ZERO people locked up for weed and the masses took it his word and believed it. It was a lie of course to get the people to vote against recreational cannibus. He also made it illegal to film police with 25 ft and did away citizens review boards. But he should be our next president šŸ˜‚ they're all bad.
