I can see a new game here… Guess what's in Kyle's Box/Envelope/Package/(insert other here).๐ And ETA, Yes to polishing one of the Yooperlites and the polished agate (that I wont attempt to pronounce, #10 I believe) is really a remarkable piece!.
wow a lot of great items there! some very sweet rocks and I think I loved the moss agate tree yoopers the best!
Man you have been cleaning up on the gift boxes lately that agate nodule at 14:14 is so cool!!! Lots of really great stuff though! I have to send boxes to way to many people… My luck lately lol hopefully the cat drama is the last of it! I can't wait till spring! I'm GOING to get a wet angle grinder and pads at least as soon as it warms up a bit… Doesn't seem like an indoor activity LOL. I'm going to have to get on it with some rock trades in the meantime. Also need to get more organized but what fun is that? I'll probably go hunting for trilobites one more time before I do any of that stuff. ๐คฆโโ๐คฃ I might need some for those boxes! Hope I find a bunch! Rock on Kyle! Hope you and your family have a wonderful 2023!
The words you butchered are pronounced (Char la voy) and
(Poe tos ski) . Those are all from where I live as well. I am from Michigan. The Lot-O tumbler is the best vibratory tumbler. As far as tumbling goes, I learned so much from Rob, aka Michigan Rocks. We do have a lot of different beautiful rocks here in our great lakes, that's for sure. You should cut and face polish the cladophora. It's really cool looking.
Awesome stuff, you seem to be a very popular guy ๐
Shazam! That is a very generous gift package ๐คฏ
Beautifully tumbled rocks. I think those are in my top 3 of best polishes, Iโve seen in tumbled. Gorgeous.
If your from the upper-upper Midwest (origin area), we pronounce Petoskey, pa-ta-ski. ๐. I think thatโs because of the abundant Polish heritage from our area ๐.
So many different pronunciations of all of the rocks and minerals. ๐.
You were on point with your comment about such closeup pictures of the rocks. No one can see THAT GOOD! I never judge by closeup pics and videos. Itโs just not fair. Lol.
Love the episode.
Wish you would do virtual lapidary classes. That would be super cool. Even if itโs just a course on your channel for everyone to see.
Happy Holidays
Stay Crystal ๐ซ

Oh Wow! The ornaments are amazing! That cladopora fossil is an amazing fossil. Petoskey or hexagonaria fossil is beautiful. They are a beautiful type of coral! Wow! i love yooperlites! they are so much fun! i love them! The ohio flint with the quartz pocket is just amazing! And the unakites are really cool. I love unakite! And the polished sandstone is amazing. I didnt know you could po,ish sandstone! and polished unakites are beautiful. They do polish up really nice. I love epidote how its always kind of stringy through the rock! And omg those LSA are just amazing! Wow! They are so beautiful! And im not even going to try to spell it, but that agate is gorgeous! And #11 And the polishes are amazing! They are gorgeous. The vibratory tumbler does a way betted job on softer stones and is way faster ind way less mess then regular tumbling. And not everyone has a cab machine. Those polished rocks are gorgeous! Such a good job polishing them too! #12 the favosite coral is beautiful and the crinoid fossil death plate is awesome. The charlevoix stone is hexagonaria or petoskey coral. They are all the same thing. So they are all awesome! I love fossils! Thanks Kyle! That was an amazing gift!
Nice. Rocks are my favorite, polished ones are even better!
