Anima Prime has been attacked by a generic evil corporation looking to hunt dragons and grind up anima for profits! The wizards aren’t happy about their new neighbours and have put together a plan to carefully craft relationships, marriages, and births to eventually create the ULTRA WIZARD, capable of defeating their foes once and for all!
This is a Magic VS Tech style playthrough where we play the Magic side of things. Enemy factions raid with drones, tanks, mechs, and your standard mechanoids, but on your side you have an abundance of psycasting mods, genes, and wizardly equipment. Everyone, no matter what faction, will be touched by the planets magic in some form, and will be born new and powerful genes which you can collect and inherit through your own colony!

It occurs to me that, assuming wizard-kind has been happily time skipping their planet for a long time … the very reason they are now getting invaded by a technologically-advanced force might be that they've skipped themselves into the future where this happened. They basically rushed forward before their own magical technology could advance to be on par with the rest of the universe they now find themselves in.
A good idea for Rambunkulas being a reoccurring character in a later series, is when he is thinking of retiring he has a second thought on it because like no one would know who he is in wizard town so he decides to just go explore the world and such he could come in a later series, but because he wanted to explore the world he would still use his powers for good and to de-age himself? I think this is pretty cool!

Depending on how this series ends, it would be cool to do another spin-off series in which you play as a different faction facing off against the wizards, and maybe you fight your wizards, making them older and more powerful.
Maybe you should make a dragon sanctuary outpost for all your spare dragons
