Catty is absolutely gorgeous! I might pick her up on sale or wait for the next Catty doll because I don't 100% vibe with her core outfit, but I love her so much. Plus sized dolls typically only widen the hips while keeping a flat tummy, which is a great body type to see in dolls, but Catty's tummy rolls are beautiful and something I've never seen before on a doll! I really hope her body mold gets reused too (I'm manifesting Operetta being plus sized if she ever gets introduced to G3).
The day Catty came out and everyone started doing reviews on her I got a Jacy Masters doll. Jacy was from the Wild Hearts Crew doll line that Mattel released in 2019. Jacy is another plus sized doll and I had fun comparing her to Catty to see how much Mattel improved with sculpting plus sized dolls over the years. I do absolutely adore Jacy, she is beautiful and perfect!

I love that her outfit is so reminiscent of her G1 debut! It feels like a toned-down version of her stage outfit, and it's every bit as glamorous. Love that for her 💜😸
I still can't find her but poison ivy was very htf at first and now she's everywhere , so I've not given up hope. Great review!❤❤🎉🎉

She design wise is my favorite of G3 I found her today, only one and I found her in the towel section of Wal Mart so I knew she had to come home . Got her home, and I love love love love her! I love Black Cats and she is amazing plus I am a big queen and big queens unite !
I adore her so so much 😭😭😭😭 as someone who is also so insecure about her stomach, I teared up too when I saw the rolls and how her stomach wasn’t flat. She’s such a gorgeous doll and I’m so impatient for stores here in Canada to have her bc I want her so bad
Also I actually prefer the glasses being blue, it being the complementary(?) colour to pink means it stands out more and breaks the monotony of the pink. But I get why most people prefer silver.
Having a doll that is fat, and curvy, that has rolls and that is actually a main character, not a villain, or the butt of a joke is just amazing, I am so happy, so so happy, she is a huge step in the right direction💖I feel warm and fuzzy inside.
shes soo beautiful its such a shame i that the pieces they gave her are kind of meh 🙁 i might get her anyway though once she shows up in european stores because i love her but hopefully she gets another doll soon with better stuff!

I find it so beautiful how much you connect with Catty. I don't really plan on getting her, because I am waiting for Gen 3 Spectra and Fearbook Twyla to show up in stores, but its really nice to see Catty making a positive difference in the world for so many people!🖤💜
I liked her more and more as I took the pieces of her outfit off. First definately was that weird shrug thing. What even is that material?! I also love her dress without the belt – it's just so chunky and another pink color – there are so many. I love her more and more looking at her now. I think she has one of the most beautiful faces of G3. I loved your video – makes us realize there's a real person there, not just someone doing all this for likes. Thank you.

I'm just so glad she even has a different side profile, the previously "thicc" dolls still all looked the same side on but they actually gave her more of a protruding belly

The body sculpting is EVERYTHING. Overall, the doll herself is so precious: hair, face, body, tail, everything. The outfit is fine, I’m so very indifferent to it but she herself is a perfect 10/10 doll. I can’t wait to be able to get mine, i haven’t been able to get her anywhere near me yet but hopefully soon!

I rlly feel like they did catty so dirty w that outfit-it looked SOO gorgeous in the concept art but then they took out alot of good elements like the puffy sleeves, silver boots, black belt etc etc
At least we get to see some truly outstanding restyles for her
Also pillow effect only rlly happens with OOAKs-you can fix it by making the peg/artivulation larger to fit the size of the arm

It’s amazing how much better she looks without the shrug! Like I loved the base doll but the shrug was making me thinking I didn’t want her but now I definitely want her! Also thank you so much for letting us know the shrug feels so horrid! I have sensory issues too so that is always something really good to know! I love they made a new body sculpt for her but agree that I hope she has more dolls so more details could go into further Cattys. Okay I definitely need her after watching you review her body without the clothes. I love her and her roll!! 😄😄👏👏👏 I especially struggle with stomach weight too. You know your little rant at the beginning gave me one thought you make being fat sound bad. What's wrong with being fat? I know you're not going to get me to say it's better it's not better, or it's not worse being thin. I judge people from their character. It is your channel so you seem to be able to tell people what they say and what it means. When I say the word fat it doesn't mean anything but fat you're the one that made it sound bad not me
The doll itself looks amazing💖. I'm not really a fan of the outfit. I haven't tried a restyling before, so I know I can't do better🤷♀️. I hope that when/if G3 does fashion packs, Catty gets one.

I think with Catty and Venus before her they highlight a big flaw of the og Monster High line which was the lack of diversity. It is great to see but with the introduction of different body types I wish doll stands were still included because it is getting harder to find those that fit the new body molds. Catty's face is beautiful but I wish her outfit was better designed like some of the other redesigns such as Venus and Abbey. I am so happy she connects with you, also congrats again on the new house.
