  1. My parents and I saw what could only have been a full grown snowy owl. It was probably kept as a pet and escaped. It was on a road in the Everglades back in the 80's.
    It flew right at our car, almost causing us to wreck, before flying up. It's wingspan was greater than our windshield on our Ford Econoline van.
    As unlikely as it seems, there was little doubt as to what it was.

  2. Amazing Documentary on a keystone species , no doubt. The best I’ve seen on the snowy own for sure. The commentator might just have to take the place of the infamous David Edinburgh, as he isn’t getting any younger. That‘s the greatest compliment I can think of for the commentator.
