Bidadari’s Alkaff Vista estate has witnessed a surge in million-dollar Housing and Development Board (HDB) resale flat transactions, with four units crossing the S$1 million threshold after reaching their Minimum Occupation Period (MOP).
Among them, a five-room flat fetched an impressive S$1.2 million in September, while the other three were four-room units.
The Build-to-Order (BTO) project, launched between 2015 and 2016, initially priced four-room flats between S$433,000 and S$682,000.
In contrast, a recent sale included a low-floor four-room flat at Block 105A, which changed hands for S$937,500, below the S$1 million mark.
Interestingly, several residents at Alkaff Vista have reported being inundated with frequent visits from property agents, prompting some to put up signs on their doors, asking agents not to knock as they have no intention of selling.

Thank you Mr. Lim Tean for making SMRT do what should have been done. It is a disgrace indeed for such a big public service company.
We are going downhill day by day.
I blame the generally condoning people. Many dare not criticise. The rest suffer
Mr. Lim Tean 👍👍👍
No complaints no actions
Keep those feedback going and coming
Thank you for bring this up. This is the way brainless sg ppl work…🫢
If no complaints, there are no works to clean them! This is the way the "public" service works!🤣
First he need to clean up his own act 😅😅😅
outside some stations so strong urine smell CHINATOWN WOODLAND NORTH why act blur or waiting for rain water to wash
Wtf, it’s a public space with thousands stepping onto. So what if spotted? As long it was swept daily and no garbage strewn across, it’s fine. The impeccable cleanliness cost unnecessary money. Next, people will be screaming at fare increases. Already lots of unnecessary public funds given to corrupt people, don’t need more. Cutting grass till bald ground in 57024x, npark and tc. LTA putting unnecessary pedestrian buttons in traffic lights at cross junctions. Hdb awarding contracts in carpark construction then omitted asphalt resurfacing. Perfectly good concrete slabs hacked away and replaced. Is corruption so rampant and not caught?
Thank you, Mr Lim.
How the job Abt platform workers application Abt language barriers anyway? Anyone know what story at city hall Abt story of Dajjal? "Alot of small kids looking as adult"(made to wear like such)?
Sorry what? I’m very confused. First off, after cleaning, do ppl actually expect the train floor to be sparkling clean for months on end? Hello? There are so many ppl stepping on the train very day, the cleaning crew already did their job enough, you expect so much more money to be spent to clean further?!?! Then you later complain that the government is increasing transport fares and prices?!
Also, does this problem REALLY affect your commute… it’s the floor, Mr. Obvious, not the doors. Again, millions of ppl step on this floor it’s bound to get stained really easily. If it’s the doors and poles that are dirty I understand, but the floor??? seriously??!! You really call this third-world, the floor being dirty… well look at new york if you want to make a comparison…
And I see how egotistical Singaporeans are now, expecting everything to work SMOOTHLY without ANY WRONGS right?! Singapore is “so amazing and incredible and first-world” that nothing must be stained and dirty. Haiyaa! even the floor you cannot tahan anymore, then ask SMRT to spend more money. Sure, it’s gonna be clean short-term.
good of you lim tean to be concerned lah, but i feel this isn’t justified enough…
In the past I've feedback to SMRT n transport authority regularly. The trains poorly maintained. The flooring not scrubbed n polished. That's why new trains condition deteriorated very fast. The other main long standing problem, most stations poorly maintained too. Fr flooring, escalators, walls n panels filthy n minimal cleaning. Feedback to SLA they directed me to SMRT instead. I tot SLA is the supervising authority over all these operators ? all kelong n abang adek
Who the hell is Lim Tean? So influential and powderful meh?
Anti government channel at it again. Keep on posting negative events pertaining to the government. Be aware. They can come out with 100 of these videos with different descriptions. We in Singapore has better things to do. We enjoy our lives, good food, good travel, good housing and good security. Learn to treasure what you have. Dont let others kill your golden goose.
That’s what all these people are. It shows the train not cleaned and technically might also not been checked daily for faults.
They keep maintenance cost to bear minimum to show high profits at year end to shows that CEO did a very good job at the expenses of commuters and ends up in major breakdown
so many new trains, a few worn. i grew up in the linoleum generation. i went to australia and stayed in a linoleum floor tiles for kitchen and carpeted apartment. sticky agent is normal detergent. unsticky agent is normal vinegar. anti biological is easy. worn linoleum can be nice. tiles then sealant = cut tules shape then remove bubbles then seal again…
now… worn leather print, worn wood print, well-worn denim print. spotty costs money for some people…
