It all comes down to the employees. The people working there don't care about the job and know they won't get fired. The Postal Union's only purpose is to keep bad employees employed.
Same here, small items worth 5-10 dollars or less via UPS is too expensive, increasing pricing is not an option. But more expensive items we sell are now going thru UPS.
Such a shame that a hard working business person has to take his valuable time to take his packages on his own two hours away because his USPS station is not accountable or reliable – this is happening across many States – package delay, missing mail, mis-delivered mail – mail that is stolen by USPS workers – mail that is thrown away instead of being delivered – rude USPS workers , you name it – just reading the many neighborhood apps and you can see the frustrations happening across the US with USPS – so sad

Those usps bins he stole are property of the federal government ๐
