WoW! It is better than Falibor (in case of damage – no need to kill), and for 4 provisions ;))))) of course not 7 bp, instead only 2. But still quite possible to do 6 damage, and put 2 prov. card on the table, so 8 value for 4 prov. Instead falibor is max. 6 damage (if 3 and 2 is kill), so 6+7 bp = 13 value for 11 prov. Great card!
