The handprint from Skull Island is over 10 meters. For reference, Kong was only 30 meters at the time. And it’s the same hand print from the new GXK title images. My guess is that Skar left that there to symbolize the massacre of Kong's parents and relatives. But, even if this wasn’t planned. I love how Adam wingard is using this to his advantage.
