I wonder if Six Flags Great Adventure will add an Observation Tower using their parachute tower for their 50th Anniversary in 2024 for one of the additions
Thank god Mind Eraser is gone
Are these all the parks (and locations) for the Skyline Attractions dueling kiddie coasters?
Nooo, not the parachute. That's a childhood ride i would always go on
Six Flags Over Georgia has removed Joker Chaos Coaster.
Half of the rides at Six Flags America aren’t even listed on the site, so I don’t know if this is the most reliable way to make assumptions.
Didn't they say they were going to remove 15 rides post-COVID under Spanos, but only removed around 7.
Check Magic Mountain's FREQUENTLY. Roaring Rapids has been temporarily closed since 2021 and it might be gone for good.
Damn, never got to ride the parachute tower. I've only ever seen them run one parachute at a time and the wait was way too long
I can definitely say that they waisted a lot of cash referbashing Excalibur is if all they are going to do is get rid of it 2 years later. That's kinda stupid of them to do that TBH.
Maybe they can send Mind eraser trains to Six Flags, Darien Lake to at least get a two trains operation on that ride
Oh I would like to mention as an slc operator. Slc parts are somehow seeimingly rare to find. Im hoping we can get those parts from mind eraser at kong so we can get our second train back.
I thought I heard from Theme Park Predictions that Six Flags America was also removing Bonzai Pipelines?
I’m visiting Great Adventure in the summer, how do I get permission by them to film on ride? I have GoPro with very secure chest mount. I really want to keep the memories of the park, so can you please respond to me…
Good I didnt like Harley Quinn Spinsanity. It was a good awful ride with constant break downs.
I was afraid to go on that parachute ride at Six Flags Great Adventure because I thought it was a drop tower when I was very little 🤪
Thank goodness for Mind Eraser lol, but damn, not the Parachutes 😕
Six flags America stays taking losses.
It's crazy our rapids rides, Congo Rapids and Roaring Rapids here at SFMM, opened the same year. Did it ever open for you guys last year? It didn't for us and only for a while in 2021. I wonder if Roaring Rapids is getting the axe. Is there plans for you guys to get Congo Rapids back this summer?
Great Adventure needs to revamp the entire boardwalk area aswell as add a brand new expansion or ride in that parking lot space next to green lantern.
Was Congo Rapids open at all last year at Great Adventure
Six Flags Great Adventure has unfortunately confirmed the removal of the Parachutes: https://youtu.be/eXlofwNhdnA
La ronde monorails is unfortunately leaving and I heard rumours that the observation tower is also leaving soon
I hope St. Louis replaces xcaliber with a discovery
Six flags mind eraser has been off the website since august so i don't know the exact fate.
I’ve never felt more claustrophobic than on Harley Quinn Spinsanity. Rode it twice on the RARE days it was open.
Sad to see another parachute ride leave the parks.
Riddlers Revenge and that other red vekoma boomerang at Six Flags New England should go as well so they can be replaced by 2 B&Ms like a B&M Dive Coaster and a B&M Ski 🎿 Coaster. A B&M Ski would be an non inverted roller coaster running on RMC like railings bellow while your ridding standing-up. A b&m dive coaster and a B&M Ski Coaster would both be great fits for the park and the ski coaster would match the era the park is in, near the upper part of the application mountains.
Six Flags America should be rename to Six Flags District of Columbia instead because there's already a Six Flags Park with the word America in it and it's near the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.
la ronde removed the iconic minirail in october of last year but it's still on the web site, kinda sad to this go 🙁
This CEO at Six Flags is ridiculous. He is running the chain into the ground, making stupid decision after stupid decision. He really expects people to pay MORE to enter the park with LESS attractions than when they paid 50 bucks for a season pass to go to any SF park? How can these people that get paid so much be sooo dumb?
Mind Eraser (if it’s true) I actually would not be mad about compared to the parachutes.
Here's hoping that SFA gets a new ride finally. It seems that the removal of such a big footprint ride makes that inevitable. They wouldn't just drop their small coaster count just cuz they hate it or something. Personally I'd like to see something that fits that Wild West Theme better def not a superhero ride. Maybe some kind of newer type of ride like a Eurofighter or something.
What is the name of the roller coaster at the beginning of this video?
Six Flags Great America also removed Buccaneer Battle and Dare Devil Dive from the updated map
Did they get rid of the speed way go carts and log flume. I’m going for the 1st time tomorrow and everything seems closed or gone that my kid can go on. He hates coasters!!!
When I was a kid, the Mind Eraser at 6 Flags America was my very first "big kid" roller coaster 🥲
It did give me a horrible headache; it bangs your head from side to side during the whole ride 🥴. It didn't stop me from getting on it for the next 10+ years, though!
