SO THAT THEY WILL STOP ATTACKING EACH OTHER, AND THUS LEAVE INTERNATIONAL OPINION WITH THE THOUGHT THAT BOTH NATIONS HAVE ALREADY BEEN SATISFIED AND DO NOT NEED TO DEEPEN THEIR AGGRESSIONS FURTHER AND DO NOT NEED TO REACH THE USE OF NUCLEAR WEAPONS. BUT THE MAIN REASON IS ALL THE PROBLEMS THAT WOULD COME FOR THE ECONOMIC POWERS IN RELATION TO THE PRICE OF OIL.
