Singapore’s land transportation network is expanding and getting better to get you where you need to go, no matter what your mode of transportation is. More train, bus, and road links will improve travel convenience and commuter productivity.
Over seven million commuters are being served each day by its massive road, rail, and bus network. This extensive land transportation system’s infrastructure is always expanding and getting better. The Land & Transport Authority Singapore (LTA) is working on a number of projects to improve connections between people and places in order to realize the overarching aim of a dependable, people-centered land transport system by 2030.
To support expanding neighborhoods, increase connection, and encourage a car-lite society, they are expanding the rail network, enhancing rail dependability, and developing more accessible commuter infrastructure.
In addition, LTA is testing new innovations and technology to streamline and simplify commuting. Offering alternate bus and rail routes will improve the connectedness and resilience of our land transport system.
