making a quarter panel for the 49 Chevy from old scrap steel and with the use of a English wheel and some simple tools it made the job easy. the simple cut and butt was used to weld it on
Couple things I would like to see is how to grind your welds properly without taking away too much base metal or leaving valleys in the steel. Also it would be nice to see what you recognize as a good retouch area (you always do another pass with the welder after you grind, it would be cool if we could see your process on that). Awesome work Tony, we learn so much from you!
another awesome one fitzee.. Karl is definitely an imaginative dude.. lazzy is the guru if any viewers want English wheel tips, I mean Karl definitely knows his stuff too.. but lazzy loves the wheel
๐๐๐ Extremely well done! Congrats! Thanks a lot for making teaching explaining recording editing uploading and sharing. Best regards luck and health
I just found this page after following Bello Kustoms for awhile and the almighty algorithm suggested Fitzee's Fabrications and Fitzee is FN AMAZING!!! Learned a ton!! loved the cut&butt video! Thanks for sharing the knowledge Fitzee!
I do want to see the other side, it will be interesting to see how you do the measurement to make them the same, Thanks for the video, as always amazing
Well done . You did a great job and you explained your work very Well. Thank you for your Video and all the effords you did to realise the footage. Thake care a good New week Yours Frank Galetzka
That was very cool to watch lots of great tips. I also follow Make it custom Karl does some amazing work with that English wheel and bead roller heโs got
I have watched you do the "cut and butt" so many times and it still amazes me. Something so simple but yet so strong when it is welded. Hey don't sweat the mistakes. Believe me we all make them. How you recover is what matters…
Did anyone notice the shop inspector checking the body line of the new quarter panel?
I can totally see those panels the panels that cover the wheels on there ๐ค๐คทโโ๏ธ
I like your table better! You make it look so easy
Complete quarter panel. LOL. Good one.

So kool! Very informative.
The "tips" are always good!
Even when you show us a mistake….that's a good tip. (don't do this)
Thanks for another great tutorial.
This is a simple body panel! I'd hate to see a complicated one! You, my friend, are an artist and not just a tradesman!
As always…the dogs do-dahs. Thanks
Iโd like to see you do the right side too. Sometimes the best tips are the little ones you gotta catch
thank you for being a PRO and not a youtuber.
I want to see the other panel fabrication
That is a sexy fender.๐

Honestly I donโt believe that the other side will be exactly the same I do believe youโll run into new challenges and be nice to see you do it
