Simon Road Hokkien Mee Review | The Best Hokkien Mee in Singapore Ep 7

Having done a few of these series now, I kinda can tell when I visit a place that is going to end up in the ‘Top 3’ when all is said and done.

Simon Road Hokkien Mee does both the dry version and the wet version beautifully. The dry noodles are airy, light on the palate and heavy on the wok hei. While the wet noodles are just packed with flavour.

When you’re good at the dish, you can make a good plate regardless of the customer’s preferences.
