  1. Beautiful graphics, obviously, but I worry that it removes some of the deliberate ambiguity and therefore the mood. In the original bathroom scene, James's expression is unreadable and his face is cast in deep shadow. He's looking into his eyes, but his eyes are just shadows staring back at him. I think that's an important detail that this remaster is sacrificing in exchange for higher graphical fidelity. But putting that aside, I really hope this remake will recapture the unique tone of the classic game.
