18:43 Countries continuing to trade while at war is not uncommon. For example the pipes transferring Russian gas and oil through Ukraine into the EU are still intact even though both Russians and Ukrainians clearly could destroy or close them if they wished.
Its fucking crazy to me it took 6 years to have competitive HOI4…

Habibi should only be in show matches. The man plays like he's first time in Hoi. He maybe is somewhat good at EU4, but man… just check out him running divisions back and forth at about 59:00 it's abysmal.
