  1. Moira is so gimp now. Damage orb on a 16 second cooldown? So someone attacking her gets their damage reduced for 4 seconds, after which they are back to full damage for the next 12 seconds during which moira now ONLY has her lame right click. Moira can no longer duel. Anyone. And her healing has been majorly nerfed, because of this "buff". It's a double nerf. I'm not playing this version of moira… she's a free kill.

Why the heck is anti-nade… the most OP ability in the game that wins every battle that should really be an ult… on a 10 second cooldown, and this lame little 4-second anti-damage ability is on a 16 second? Just delete moira if you don't want people to play her… everyone should just play ana/zen apparently.

  2. So I'm a Moira main, and I was honestly super worried when hearing they were altering her. Now that I'm seeing it, I think this is a really good direction for her. I love Moira, but my main complaint was that she had damage options, yet was usually forced to pump healing instead, which put her below some heroes like Baptiste who could do both. This gives her more utility, and a slightly higher skill ceiling. I've very excited.

  3. Not a fan of damage reduction imo. Cool idea tho. Could've made the orbs separate and keep the nerfs they did because she was too strong anyways. Necrotic orbs also feels out of place. I feel it should be more like a Sojourn orb type thing visually. This feels too gimmicky.

  4. They need to stop touching Mercy's GA and just revert it back to OW1 Superjump. Every iteration they've tried feels like garbage, it truly feels like no one on the team plays Mercy.

  5. I'm so excited for Moira's orbs to be on 2 separate cooldowns because now battle moira players will actually heal at least a little because they might as well toss out the healing orb on cooldown, instead of only ever damage orbs.

  6. The CD on the new anti-damage orb is a little long compared to Ana’s nade and sleep dart, but Moira is also way more survivable so maybe it makes sense.

Imagine nano-blade now only doing 25% of its normal damage…could be interesting.

  7. Mercy can now dodge while rezzing, I'm fucking done…
But, Mercy mains still gonna bitch, despite getting nothing but various options for buffs, so I can sleep at night a little better

  8. The changes they make in response to problems always seem to be better than the stuff they just come up with xD
It's nice to see utility for Moira, but yeah I'm unconvinced about a debuff with weird logical feedback that they already claimed feels awful iirc.

  9. This mercy update sucks sooooo bad! I hate it so much. I like the backwards slingshot but I hate everything else. I’m spending time waiting for my meter to charge up and so much harder to Karen an eye on my teammates and actually keep everyone alive.

  10. My problem with this is that, Baptiste and other supports are now an even stronger pick against Moira.

    1. Baptiste still has two versions of Utility, Moira only has one and a 16 cooldown at that.

    2. Now it’s almost guaranteed in a Moira vs Baptiste Comp. The Baptiste will now always out tempo and Baptiste will get his Ultimate first in every situation with the healing Orb nerfs and the removal of Damage Orb.

    3. Her overall survivalbity is nerfed, every support now has really good survivability and this took away from moiras uniqueness. Zen is supposed to be a glass cannon but he has 225 HP and he will literally walk to you just to knock you back and deal 50+ melee Damage.

Other supports need to be tuned down in order for Moira to ever be slightest in the meta. With the introduction to JunkerQueen and Ana’s strength still hard counters moiras whole kit. I was really hoping they would give her a cleansing effect or a nullify

  11. So we get less healing and armor does less too. I feel like over the past few months Blizard is trying to make OW2 'balanced' by having everyone be able to die in one hit by any other character.

  12. I'm kind of in love with this current version of Mercy. Looks like a lot to play around with. Are they daring to make Mercy highskill?

Don't have the beta and haven't played Moira in a while, but this is an interesting change up for her. New ability is still fitting for her personality. The balance nerfs seem fair as well.

  13. As long as the original superjump mechanic is still available, I really like Mercy's new "official" bunnyhop tech. It makes Backwards GA finally consistent, and I can already tell that the new addition pf being able to do zig-zag flight patterns with Guardian Angel opens up a whole new realm of possibilities for Mercy.

  14. Having both orbs on separate cooldowns is a good idea, but I honestly don't like an idea of replacing damage orb with a new ability. Moira is supposed to be an agressive support, but her damage is probably the worst out of all the supports after this change.
