Should you upgrade to a thermal riflescope?

Craig Miles from ATN Europe explains the advantages of a thermal riflescope, such as detecting quarry in difficult conditions like rain or fog, as well as allowing you to shoot night or day. ATN’s latest thermal scopes, the Mars range, have a huge zoom range starting at just over 1x, meaning they can be used for spotting and zoomed in to take the shot. Plus prices have come down to the point where you can ‘go thermal’ for under £1,000. Perhaps it’s time to make the switch.

  1. So a question if you please. I've been looking at these ATN Thor scopes in my Cabela's catalogue here in the US. Are these the same scopes, and are they all made in the UK???
