  1. I use to live on 8th St & Alvarado. From 1988 to 2014, I now live in Riverside, CA. I grew up going to Langers, and taking the Metro Subway just about anywhere in LA! I grew up watching everything happen in front of me, from shootings, to prostitution, to drug dealing.. Cops rushing up and down my street everyday, helicopters above flashing lights into my bedroom window at 2am, gun shots every day and night! I’d be able to see all of MacArthur Park and the shady dealings and beatings! we all saw cops shoot a man by the lake. The big gang meetings that go down at 3am! The screams of people getting beat up! Hearing girls yelling for help. And mind you we are 5 minutes away from Rampart Police Station about 10 minutes from Olympic Police Station, 15 minutes from LAPD Metro Station, and 15 minutes from the Los Angeles County Jail! My question is, why are the 18, MS13, CRS, and all these crazy immigrants allowed to run havoc in this once beautiful city?!!!!!! Hello city officials?!!!!!!
