The scratches could have been caused by icicles or packed snow hanging off the undercarriage of the car. If she parked in a garage they could have melted and left no evidence on the car.

Even if she did it, there is so much reasonable doubt. The scene was not preserved. They didn’t even check in the house, when have you ever heard of an investigation where they don’t go inside the house? All the deleted calls , text messages and google searches. 3 weeks in and haven’t heard from the medical examiner or the lead detective who was friendly with the Alberts. This recreation by the state is going to be wild, as his injuries are to the back of the head and face and on that one arm. There are no broken bones. Also all the people left the house after this was suppose to happen and they turned and went in the direction of his body and no one saw anything. Your light leaving that driveway are going to illuminate right where they found him.
