What you can clearly see from the video is that this person should’ve never had his hands put on him by a police officer and should never have been arrested in the first place. More bad police work thank God for body cameras
Looks like the police are being a little abusive towards the migrants. Maybe they need more training like always how to be respectful with all different types of people and not display racism in any way.
This was clearly bad police work. The body camera footage shows this man was walking away, and should never have been harassed by the police or arrested.
Yes, the volume being off is obviously a red flag. This is what the police do try to manipulate the videos also, which is a crime I’m sure there was racial epithet which I’ve been announced by witnesses and I’m sure the police were aggressive like always. The body camera shows the truth That these police were aggressive and should never have arrested or harassed this man he was walking away. That’s why they have the volume turned off. They don’t want you to hear what they’re saying.
Cases are going to be thrown out of court and dismissed. These migrants were falsely arrested, and should never have been arrested in the first place.
Always remember to judge slower, people were quick to condemn these men, but now we see the cop was the aggressor and the man rightly defended himself

Narrative twisted by police as usual. The only thugs here are the cops. They could not even handle the dude two on one. We are in serious need of an overhaul of the law enforcement sector in this country. They have too much power and when the entire system is corrupt, this is what you get. The cops escalated the situation immediately by going hands on. They're on a public sidewalk and its plain to see that people are able to pass by easily so they aren't blocking the public sidewalk. They don't fit any criteria for New York City's Loitering Ordinance. They are moving along as requested when a cop illegally assaults yellow jacket. You are allowed to defend yourself against anyone, even police, if you're being illegally attacked. Unfortunately, these cops weren't trained properly but it's obviously a systemic problem within NYPD since so many higher ups are calling for the heads of the immigrants. It's also unfortunate that these immigrants who have less than a voice than legal citizens are targeted by law enforcement who is ignorant of laws.
