Shinuchi, The Cursed Sword of DEATH EXPLAINED (Sealed) | Kagurabachi Enchanted Blades #kagurabachi We’ve explained two of the Enchanted Blades so far so it’s time to tackle the most mysterious one of them all, the Cursed Sealed Blade, the Shinuchi. In the series before we ever saw this sword it stood out because of the extra seals on its box, which we’re told are so powerful it would take even the strongest sorcerer a very long time, years even, to break. This proves to be untrue when the blade is released, and through Kyora Sazanami, the original user remotely controls the blade and its abilities. Firstly we see him call out Magatsumi, which might just be an activation phrase for his blade, but when he says this a bit of blood drops from the guard of the blade, becoming a massive pool on the ground where different flowers grow. We’ve seen that if these flowers make contact with someone it starts to kill them and drain their energy, even growing out of their body, likely storing that energy for the user to use as part of that cool butterfly wing transformation.Along with this we’ve seen the Dragonfly technique which sends a wave of these flowers towards an opponent at long range, and We’ve also seen the Spider ability, which creates a black web design on the ground below the target keeping them stuck in place. Finally we’ve seen a technique called Centipede which summons a black centipede spirit to guard against attacks, but this is all WITHOUT the blade drawn, so I can’t imagine what else this sword can do.
