They most likely gave her a 10-8 because it was a close fight and the judges always give close fights to the champ. Was probably a 10-9, the judges talked it over and changed one card to make it a draw.

I don’t know how to score rounds but I think the draw was fair. Just from watching the fight I don’t think either fighter did enough to win. Grasso did just enough to keep her belt.
