  1. That Quarry water is really dangerous. It has that lovely Blue colour from Calcium oxide deposits from the slate. It will be like bleach and burn some folk. Definitely not for leisure and probably why it was fenced off.

  2. Awesome, this was the 1st place that I went to in North Wales when I was just 15, that was 37 short years ago…๐Ÿ˜ Stayed at an Activity Youth Hostel, up high from a main village road that had a few small shops, Hostel was right on a massive lake, did kayaking, rock climbing, absailing, camped in some serious rain near marshland close to a dam on route to Snowdon, drank from streams & rain water collected in pans during night, climbed some scary places, walked through clouds, scrambled up the final yards to Snowdon & got blasted by the wind on the summit, got some pics somewhere in loft & a diary of route taken with coordinates, I remember my meal on the trek back & ill tell ya now that a small cold can of beans never tasted so good…!โœ”๏ธ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ™‚

  6. I've been to Llanberis many a time and climbed snowdon each time. There was one time when I could of sworn the whole of Wales was closed.
It's about time I went up that slate mountain instead. Thanks guys.

  9. Another great video. We love all the exploring that you do as well as the camping! Can really see how much you enjoyed that old slate mine. Clever use of footage that you both take too, itโ€™s inspiring us to do the same.

  10. I'm on a solo in Wales from Suffolk & I was thinking what to do & this came up, so I went there today in the drizzle. Fences, caves, sketchy drops, goats the lot. Great timing guys ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜
