Fellow Patriots & Freedom Lovers, I was peacefully exercising my constitutional rights at the Law Enforcement Center/ Judicial Center in Lawrence, Kansas when I was confronted by Douglas County Deputies who were ignorant of the law and our rights. After reviewing an internal memo (Linked Below) the deputies went to speak with a Judge. The Judge told them to relay the message to me that I need to leave or be arrested and have my freedom taken from me. When are Judges going to learn they can't control the public areas of the court house and have NO authority to remove someone from them b/c of a policy they made up? And when the hell are cops going to disobey these illegal orders and stand up for people's rights and stop violating them? Cops are going to learn the hard way when Judges get sued over this, the cops will be named in the lawsuits as well for enforcing the illegal actions and their qualified immunity will be gone.

Judges enjoy Judicial Immunity, as does the one who signed the unlawful order.
However, you can go above them and have the state judicial board investigate how she acted and see if they can put something in her file. That would be the only way to get all the power in her head under control.

Whatever the judge was trying to do is not the job of a judge and the judge needs to be arrested and charged for infringement of the constitution of the peoples rights its we the people not you the judge . Any judge caught doing that needs to be removed from office and jailed for violation of the peoples rights.
I think the main issue is with the judge in this situation. Deputies kind of have to bend to their will. Glad the captains stepped in!
