  7. i have an old friend that this story is starting to remind me of my buddies parents in effect buying his wife off of her parents in trade for the land they were living on, this was when they were both still young but, honestly the parents just wanted to get her away from her parents and siblings, outside one, they treated her like abject crap for no apparent reason, other then i personally think mom was jelly of how cute/pretty the girl was… as her big thing was how she won all these pageants and such growing up and in college.. anyway, we were in the first year of HS and she was a couple years younger but, on eval skipped grades to join us… the 2 were joined at the hip quickly, his protective instincts kicked in hard… she was small for her age, only being fed the leftovers she could collect cleaning up at the end of family meals, she had to be sat down by her friends first then family and told, she was never going back to those people and would never leave their family, even if she didnt endup married to their son…(the 2 both turned all sorts of red..but never let go of the others hands…)

    those 2 are to this day an annoyingly cute couple… and they have 12 damn kids between them and adopted/rescued a few others… oh and she was fixated on proving herself useful till this… in a really f-ed up way… she became driven to succeed later but totally dif attitude behind it… she wanted the skills to do what she always dreamed about and worked hard to make it happen even ending up gifted some tools by one of her instructors who hired her.. she works from home and has for decades now.. leather and cloth work dosnt need you to go into an office/factory/etc to work… 😉

    now a bonus…. some crazy rich people paid her enough to pay off their house and buy an extra 150 acres of land to make them… leather wedding cloths…. him a tux and her a full on gown out of leather… this thing was heavy enough she had to have her husband and some of us friends help move it around safely… and they provided the leather they wanted used…as she said… she could have made it far lighter and more then durible enough with thinner lighter leathers but..yeah… holy crap tho…took her 1.5 years to get both suit and dress done… by the end the gal admitted they f-ed up, the dress did look neat but… she had to change because it was over 90lb of leather she was packing around. and it was hot out… so ….sweaty… hubby tried to stick it out the whole time but had to eventually go shower and change… i only know because several of us got paid to take pictures with very highend equipment the man owned but..didnt really know how to use.. tammy on the other hand knew how to set everything for the conditions and film used on the cameras and… it turned out great… the 2 looked haggered after changing…

  9. Looks like we have a cat fight brewing. They say the best revenge is living well, but when you have "family" who will go to any lengths to kneecap you, sometimes you gotta be a bit more proactive.
