I used to be a custodian at a big-ass school building. I did the jobs of 3 people constantly. Couldn't even take breaks half the time. We were short staffed AF and the one out of my 2 co-workers was the laziest mf I've EVER known. I STILL hate that bastard to this day… I had to do his work most of the time due to the boss' demands. Sh** sucked ass… trash-ass pay, too. Twas a long friggin drive, trashy work environment, crappy people, crappy work tasks, crappy everything. Sucked…
Don't know much about this industry but if it's true she's doing 5 people's jobs (and that's legal working without a supervisor etc) I'm hoping she's getting paid better than doing the work of a single person and not just letting them use her to lower their expenses and fatten their pockets
Now give her a raise to compensate for her hard work. And give her an assistant to take some of the work load off of her. If she quits or gets injured, that business will lose money.
