There are so many sharks its amazing that you can get any fish out from there at all ! You would have to have some sort of extraction plan, where you have a line that is controlled by folks at the top who pulls the line all the way to the boat really quickly. Swimming up is far to slow, and its hard to know if any method would be fast enough. Definitely a lot of sharks on the prowl. I've seen sharks like this in french Polynesia but they were chummed. The folks who did it nearly had injuries !

Just a tip, when searing tuna there is no need to use oil. In fact its best to use no oil or maybe just small dot to coat the bottom of the pan. However your pan must be superrrr hot…… Happy tours!!!
