I have a thought– what if Alfredo doesn't understand English, and that's why he first react to good boy? Around where i am, lots of dogs only understand Spanish, so we tell them "eres muy bueno" to say good boy, or just "muy bien!" when they do something good

I would love to have Alfredo, but my dog is not very friendly with other animals. I would have to change his name because my husband’s name was Alfred!!!😉 I haven’t watched to the end of the video yet, but I hope we get to see him after the grooming because he is adorable.
