  4. Assault is assault regardless of who commits it. The courts 100% fail the public when they protect officers that go hands on first. What a pathetic officer and system that produces him

  7. That cop was obviously an idiot. But the idiot will most likely NOT touch someone again like that. God help him if he touches the wrong guy,. Badge or no badge his face could get slammed into the cement. You might have saved this guy from getting his butt in a sling. Society today doesn't give a crap anymore about these power-driven tuff-guy wannabes.

  20. First off, Officer, he was not trespassing. But let's suppose that he was. For a Trespass violation, Mr. Cop, you have two possible legal paths. You can communicate the legally required notice for him to leave, and let him leave on his own. OR… If he refuses, you can arrest him for Trespass after warning. In no case can you just grab him and push him off the property.

    And in this particular case, YOU cannot give him the legally required notice. Not a single Trespassing statute in the entire USA specifies an employee. In some verbiage, they generally all specify the OWNER or his AUTHORIZED AGENT. Well, We The People, collectively, are the owner of that property. And We The People have not authorized YOU as our agent regarding Trespassing anybody.

  25. Cops occupy the only public buildings that the public has extremely limited access to. Why can’t people just walk into the building. The public gets a small sterile lobby to wait in while a huge building is restricted as “private.”
