  1. We’ve got one more day (tomorrow) of Minnesota Severe Weather Awareness Week with a hint of winter? And extreme winds that your hat might just blow away either down to South Dakota, Iowa, or Nebraska! Today was the statewide tornado drill, yeah… it didn’t look like spring today, it looked a lot more like winter instead of spring! In fact it was extremely windy that my hat blew off! Luckily it didn’t land that far that I was able to rescue it and just continued walking! So my tip is… don’t wear a hat in extreme wind (it just might blow towards another state)… in fact the direction I was walking, it would have either landed either at Detroit Lakes, MN or in the lake, or is it on the lake? Kind of hard to tell since I haven’t passed by Detroit Lakes recently and some lakes & ponds are still frozen up
