I love love love this show and dream of being in the studio from America …. But this series is NOT ONE OF THE BEST. The cast is kinda blah and the tasks aren’t as hysterical but still excited about every episode. Hope for a better series next time and just gonna enjoy the hell out of this one💜
That was the funniest failed task I’ve ever seen on this show.
the first couple of episodes of this series were a bit slow but now everyone’s warmed up to each other and i don’t want it to end! they’re all wonderful

i watched short from taskmaster NZ where laura daniel stolen people partner and got interest watching taskmaster. now i i already watched all and need to waiting it 1 a week
There is almost always 1 female that either doesn't understand the tasks, doesn't try as hard as the rest, or just plain doesn't have the dexterity
There is almost always 1 male that either intentionally gives the least effort, overthinks the task and fails/disqualifies themselves, attempts to entertain more than succeed.

I feel so sad knowing Sophie won't win this serie, because then it will be no CoC with her, and she is so hilarious, and bring so much joy to every episode. Only hope is for if it some day will be Most Funniest Contestants serie where they compete each other.

idc what anyone says, nick absolutely crushed that flip flick flap challenge. As soon as he said "only once" I knew he was going to flip the table lol
taskmaster was the show which proved that being a comedian is not for me
I’m very grateful that we get the series on YouTube and I keep watching this series because I love the show. However.
I can’t help but feel that this series’ contestants are underwhelming in their delivery of fun and creative task performances. Steve Pemberton delivers with creativity and Sophie occasionally with silliness. Other than that the characters don’t really stick compared to most previous series. The participants feel rather bland and, maybe because of that, the presenting feels more forced. Overall you get the feeling most people aren’t really enjoying their time on the show. All the above is of course a personal feeling that could be wrong.
I just hope the formula hasn’t worn off and wish Alex all the best with the preparations for the next series.
This show's brilliance is probably demonstrated by the fact we've just had the best ever prize round in the 17th series.

the casting on these shows is always so well done. not just in terms of the contestants themselves but in the diversity of the panel. one of the things that makes taskmaster so great is to see how differently people approach the show with their unique comedic stylings
